My journey

After obtaining my BTS and various honors, I entered the MOF competition in 2004.

After more than 20 years of experience in the fields of culinary arts, service, and management, I have decided to put my skills to work for others. Today, together with our team, we promote French expertise; we help companies that wish to do so develop their projects and increase their revenue; we provide training support both in France and internationally; and we also participate in various international events. Specialists inorganizing major events, network development, and on-the-ground support for all your projects. Through our concierge network, we are present in over 80 airports worldwide, offering exceptional services in France and internationally.

As a pastry chef, I earned my BTS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management in 2018 and my specialized certification in restaurant desserts in 2019, following various professional experiences, notably in Michelin-starred restaurants. I joined Chef du Bassin in 2021 and took over the pastry kitchen at the gourmet restaurant La Table d'Eva, a Top 100 Restaurant of the World at La Belle Tortue Lodge in the Seychelles, and a World Luxury Awards winner since 2022. To perfect my technique, I continued my training with Amaury Guichon at the Pastry Academy in Las Vegas. In 2022, I launched ByV, an international brand of French pastries.

 After completing my studies and gaining five years of experience at luxury establishments in Sri Lanka, I joined the culinary team led by Bassin and Benjamin. Since 2019, I have been learning French culinary techniques, blending them with my knowledge of Asian cuisine and spices. Together, we create menus designed to take you on a culinary journey.... My specialties include reimagined traditional dishes and seafood. I also assist with organizational audits to support you on the ground.

After completing traditional culinary training, I was able to develop my skills in various fields: four years as an expatriate in the Arabian Peninsula, contract management for major French multinational corporations, 16 years at Nestlé, and five years as the director of a profit center with over 120 employees and €40 million in revenue. Today, I support business leaders with facilitation and consulting in B2B networks. I assist you in selecting suppliers, optimizing your purchasing, negotiating, and increasing revenue and profit margins.
